Easy Greens Kefir Smoothie

Healthy probiotic and greens combo!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Kefir Low fat for THM-E
  • 4 oz Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful spinach (or two handfuls if you are not using the greens powder)
  • 1-2 tsp greens powder THM Dynamic Duo Greens Powder
  • 1 tbsp baobab powder (optional)
  • 1 pinch Mineral salt
  • 1/16 tsp stevia extract powder (or 2 doonks in THM speak)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender, and enjoy!
