Roasted Chickpeas

A savory, crunchy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas (garbanzos)
  • Coconut oil spray
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Drain and rinse one can of chickpeas. Place on paper towels to dry off.
  • Place chickpeas on a baking sheet, and spray them lightly with the coconut oil spray.
  • Sprinkle desired amount of mineral salt, garlic powder, and paprika all over the chickpeas.
  • Shake the pan, and reapply more seasoning if needed.
  • Place sheet in the oven, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  • Shake the baking sheet once or twice during cooking to evenly cook.
  • Enjoy!
