Roasted Chickpeas
A savory, crunchy snack.

can
chickpeas (garbanzos)
Coconut oil spray
Salt
Garlic powder
Paprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Drain and rinse one can of chickpeas. Place on paper towels to dry off.
Place chickpeas on a baking sheet, and spray them lightly with the coconut oil spray.
Sprinkle desired amount of mineral salt, garlic powder, and paprika all over the chickpeas.
Shake the pan, and reapply more seasoning if needed.
Place sheet in the oven, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Shake the baking sheet once or twice during cooking to evenly cook.
Enjoy!
