Feta Italian Meatballs

(THM-S, low carb, gluten free friendly)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb ground pork you could use beef or even turkey
  • 1 tsp each salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c Feta cheese crumbles big pieces broken up
  • 1 tbsp oats or THM Baking Blend, or almond flour

Optional during cooking

  • 1 cup water
  • squirt liquid aminos or soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Roll into small balls, about golf ball size and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the tray, and add the water with the liquid aminos if desired.
  • Turn the oven down to 375 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes.
  • Pair the meatballs with Tomato Sauce and pasta of choice.
  • Enjoy!
