Kiwi Banana Kefir Smoothie

An energizing smoothie full of healthy carbs and superfoods!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2-1 banana
  • 3-4 spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp Baobab powder
  • 1-2 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract or other non sugar sweetener
  • 1 tsp MCT or coconut oil
  • 1 cup low-fat kefir
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2-1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp THM Pristine whey protein powder or other brand
  • 2 handfuls of ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients except the protein powder and the ice.
  • Add the protein powder and ice, and blend for 15 more seconds.
