Ingredients
1
lb
sausage
we used pork
8
oz
cream cheese
1/3% less fat
12-15
fresh jalapenos
shredded cheese
Instructions
Slice the peppers in two. Remove the seeds and scrape the pepper clean.
Set aside on a baking sheet.
Brown the sausage in a skillet.
When sausage is cooked, remove to a bowl and add the cream cheese. Stir well.
Stuff one pepper at a time with the cream cheese/sausage mixture.
When they are all stuffed, top with desired amount of cheese.
Grill for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and bubbling.
