Sweet and Savory Pork Tenderloin with Apples
A moist and flavorful way to cook pork tenderloin (or chops!) that will please the whole family.

Ingredients

pork tenderloin cut
or 4-6 individual pork chops
1
tbsp
olive oil
1
tbsp
butter
Salt and pepper
1-2
tbsp
Herb de Provence
2
Apples
cored and sliced
1/4
cup
water or broth
1
tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1/4
cup
100% pure Maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the olive oil and butter together in your Dutch oven.
Sprinkle salt and pepper generously over both sides of the pork.
Add the pork to the Dutch oven, and sear both sides, until browned.
Turn off the heat. Add apples, and all the rest of the ingredients.
Cover the Dutch oven, and place it in the oven.
Cook for 45 minutes to an hour, checking for doneness at 45 minutes. Continue cooking if needed.
